Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 April 2026

AllCornwall is a small, independent editorial site. We don't run a membership scheme, we don't collect email addresses, and we don't sell data. This policy explains the limited data we do handle.

Who we are

AllCornwall is operated by BoulderFlash Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14168765, VAT number 475427468). If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@allcornwall.com.

What we collect

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read, how people arrive, and which devices they use. GA4 uses first-party cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information by default. IP addresses are anonymised before processing.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by disabling cookies in your browser settings.

Affiliate links

Some links on AllCornwall are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Our affiliate partners (such as Awin / TradeDoubler) may place cookies on your device to track the referral. These cookies are set by the partner, not by AllCornwall.

We only recommend places and services we'd genuinely suggest to a friend. Affiliate relationships never influence our editorial content.

Hosting and server logs

AllCornwall is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) as part of normal hosting operations. These logs are retained by Vercel in accordance with their privacy policy.

Cookies

AllCornwall sets the following cookies:

_ga, _ga_*
Google Analytics 4 — used to distinguish unique users and sessions. Expires after 2 years / 24 hours respectively.

We do not use any marketing, advertising, or social media tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of that data
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@allcornwall.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics 4 — Google Privacy Policy
  • Vercel (hosting) — Vercel Privacy Policy
  • Cloudflare (DNS) — Cloudflare Privacy Policy

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. We won't reduce your rights under this policy without clear notice.
