East Looe Beach
The town beach — a wide, south-facing sandy beach directly below the East Looe quay, close enough to the fish market that you can smell the morning catch from your towel. The beach is well-managed, with toilets, a seasonal beach café, and deckchair hire that has not changed meaningfully since 1975. RNLI lifeguards in season. Dogs restricted May–September on the main beach but welcome on the western end toward the river. The view of Looe Island from the beach is one of the reasons families keep returning.
